Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in its original condition and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Necklace and chain length
Where a chain sits depends on your neck size and build. These positions are for an average adult neck (about 15–16 inches for men, 13–14 inches for women).

Tip: wrap a piece of string around your neck, let it fall where you want the chain to sit, and measure the string. Adding a pendant? Go one size longer so the pendant sits below the collarbone.

Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone with a soft tape, then add 1/2" to 1" for a comfortable fit.

Thicker chains (5mm and up) feel tighter, so choose the longer size.

Measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits the finger you want, or wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger and measure the circumference. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are largest. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
